Lara McGee (a previous CYMS club starter) will be officiating for our Club Championships.

Here are some rules your 9yrs and over swimmer should take care to follow on the Championship nights so as not to be disqualified:
- Must do correct strokes
- No false starts
- Correct turns (2 hands touch for Breaststroke & Butterfly)
- Tumble turns Freestyle & Backstroke not necessary
- Correct finishes (2 hands touch for Breaststroke & Butterfly)
If unsure of the above please talk to your coach.

8 years and under will not be disqualified. But please encourage your swimmer to do all things correct.

Nominations close midnight Monday for 10th and 17th March.
